Happy birthday to me!

Too tired to blog

Thursday, May 21st, 2009

I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to really keep my blog up to date. My human sister turned one and now she walks/runs wherever she wants to go and torments me constantly. That is really tiring. She does give me really nice hugs, though. I think she likes me even better than Mom and Dad.

The weather is really nice out. Soon I will be able to lie on the deck and just sleep in the sun. It’s one of my favorite activities, second only to eating.

I hope all my friends are doing well!

My sister is tormenting me!

Monday, March 23rd, 2009

My human sister is really tormenting me. Mom and Dad finally caught the torment on film. I will be submitting this to the Humane Society for follow up. Here is the evidence:

I am the Dogster dog of the day!

Sunday, December 21st, 2008

It only took them four years to acknowledge my greatness, but today I am the Dogster.com dog of the day! Woo hoo!

Where have I been??

Thursday, December 18th, 2008

Well, I’ve been pretty busy. I have to go to daycare again because my friend Madison can’t walk me after school until February. That makes me very tired so when I get home I don’t really feel like writing, I just go to sleep. Sometimes in the morning I’m so tired I don’t even get up when Mom and Dad try to get me in the car.

It’s gotten really, really cold. I try to sleep in front of the heat vent so I can stay warm. My human sister is eating some delicious food now that she tends to throw on the floor more than put in her mouth. That’s good news for me. She is also trying to walk on two feet, instead of crawl, which is a little concerning. She’ll be able to get to me anywhere at that point and sometimes I just need some mental health time.

Happy holidays!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Tuesday, November 25th, 2008

It’s almost Thanksgiving and apparently this year we have a bunch of people coming to our house. Mom and Dad said something like 24 people total. That’s a lot of humans in my house and around my human sister. I will have to be on guard the entire time to make sure nothing funny happens. The upside is that with that many people there is a good chance that I’ll get some scraps dropped on the floor that I can eat.

There is a lot of white stuff at my house all of a sudden. I love it because I like running through it. It does make going to the bathroom challenging though.

The bad place tomorrow!

Thursday, November 13th, 2008

Tomorrow I have to go to the bad place. Mom and Dad said my teeth are dirty and that they need cleaned. I don’t really get it. My teeth seem fine. I use them to eat at least twice a day without any trouble at all. They said I will be gone all day, which is sad.

It’s getting really cold out. I try to stay under the covers of the bed as long as possible in the mornings now.

My human sister is sick

Monday, October 27th, 2008

I feel pretty bad for her. She seems to have a tummy ache. She doesn’t even want to eat! I’ve been letting her pet my head and touch my ears more than usual. I hope it helps her feel better soon.

Tonight the white stuff is supposed to come. I’m so excited. I love running around in it.

Cold!

Tuesday, October 7th, 2008

It’s started to get really cold. When Dad takes me out before bed it’s cold enough that I take care of my business and run back inside immediately. Fortunately, I get to snuggle up under the covers to keep warm. I think the cold means the white stuff will be here soon. That will be fun. I wonder if my human sister will like to play in it. She may be too little.

My sister is eating real food!

Wednesday, October 1st, 2008

At long last, my human sister is eating real food. My mom and dad think it is disgusting but as far as I’m concerned it is delicious and I will do everything in my power to eat any of it that she throws on the ground. She is a real mess when she eats so it is very promising just sitting near where she eats.

Here’s a picture of me waiting anxiously:
