Something is afoul…

November 5th, 2009

Besides the fact that I haven’t updated my blog in months, there is something else not right…

For the past two nights my parents have been gone and they have been replaced by my so called “grandparents.” These “grandparents” do not let me sleep in the bed with them, which is confusing to me, because it is MY bed and they are simply guests in my house. They also seem more focused on the small human and taking care of her. It is very disturbing.

The parents better return soon and they will pay for their misdeeds…

Today I turn 5!

Happy birthday to me!

Too tired to blog

May 21st, 2009

I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to really keep my blog up to date. My human sister turned one and now she walks/runs wherever she wants to go and torments me constantly. That is really tiring. She does give me really nice hugs, though. I think she likes me even better than Mom and Dad.

The weather is really nice out. Soon I will be able to lie on the deck and just sleep in the sun. It’s one of my favorite activities, second only to eating.

I hope all my friends are doing well!

Loving life!

April 7th, 2009

My human sister and I are really getting along well these days. Every night she comes home from school and sits in the tall chair to eat her dinner. Most of the time she will eat a piece of food and then throw me a piece of food. Sometimes she’ll even put her hand out to give me the food so I don’t even have to make an effort at all. She thinks it’s real funny, but Mom and Dad don’t think it’s funny at all. Sometimes they put me in another room that I can’t get out of.

I think this is the start of a great relationship between my human sister and me. Whenever she is tired of eating she will simply give the food to me to keep it from going to waste. And since I am never tired of eating, it works out perfectly.

My sister is tormenting me!

My human sister is really tormenting me. Mom and Dad finally caught the torment on film. I will be submitting this to the Humane Society for follow up. Here is the evidence:

A tribute to Nana

March 4th, 2009

My Dad’s nana passed away this past weekend. I never met her but everything I have heard is that she was a great woman who will be missed. There are some real nice articles online about her life.

I’m a hostage in my own house!

December 30th, 2008

I can only type for a few minutes. Otherwise the stranger in my house will figure out what I’m doing. It’s the same human who has come here a couple other times to take care of my human sister. This time it’s for all day, though! I am keeping a close eye on her to make sure she doesn’t do anything she isn’t supposed to. My sister seems to be very happy that she is here. I am not.

Stay tuned. I will begin to plot my coup shortly.

I am the Dogster dog of the day!

December 21st, 2008

It only took them four years to acknowledge my greatness, but today I am the Dogster.com dog of the day! Woo hoo!

Where have I been??

December 18th, 2008

Well, I’ve been pretty busy. I have to go to daycare again because my friend Madison can’t walk me after school until February. That makes me very tired so when I get home I don’t really feel like writing, I just go to sleep. Sometimes in the morning I’m so tired I don’t even get up when Mom and Dad try to get me in the car.

It’s gotten really, really cold. I try to sleep in front of the heat vent so I can stay warm. My human sister is eating some delicious food now that she tends to throw on the floor more than put in her mouth. That’s good news for me. She is also trying to walk on two feet, instead of crawl, which is a little concerning. She’ll be able to get to me anywhere at that point and sometimes I just need some mental health time.

Happy holidays!

Happy Thanksgiving!

November 25th, 2008

It’s almost Thanksgiving and apparently this year we have a bunch of people coming to our house. Mom and Dad said something like 24 people total. That’s a lot of humans in my house and around my human sister. I will have to be on guard the entire time to make sure nothing funny happens. The upside is that with that many people there is a good chance that I’ll get some scraps dropped on the floor that I can eat.

There is a lot of white stuff at my house all of a sudden. I love it because I like running through it. It does make going to the bathroom challenging though.
